Paul is a lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office. He provides legal advice and representation to both employees and employers in a variety of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, severance review, workplace discrimination, human rights issues as well as other employment law matters.
Paul has represented clients in Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, before administrative tribunals, in regulatory matters, the Human Rights Commission, Tax Court, and in mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Taylor Janis, Paul worked at a general service firm, primarily practicing in civil litigation but also advising clients with a variety of legal issues. Paul received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta
