About Trevor Kelly
Trevor Kelly is a lawyer in the firm’s Edmonton office. He practices primarily in the area of workplace law representing and advising employees in matters including wrongful and unjust dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights issues, review of severance packages, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, the duty of fair representation complaints, and other areas of employment and labour law.
Trevor maintained a general practice for eight years prior to joining the firm. He has extensive litigation experience and has successfully represented clients before the Provincial Court, the Court of Kings' Bench and the Court of Appeal of Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories. Trevor has also represented clients before the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Labour Relations Board.
Trevor emphasizes the importance of taking a pragmatic approach in resolving clients’ issues and understands that clients need both legal, and more importantly, practical solutions.
