Andrew is a lawyer in the firm’s Edmonton office. He practices primarily in the areas of workplace law and commercial litigation. Andrew represents and advises employees and employers in a variety of workplace matters including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights issues, and non-competition agreements.
Before joining Taylor Janis, Andrew has worked at large Edmonton firms and has acted as in-house legal counsel to a large, publicly-traded company. He has extensive litigation experience in both employment law and commercial litigation and has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia. Andrew has also represented clients before the Federal Courts, the Alberta Human Rights Commission, and the Labour Relations Board.
Andrew is able to assist clients in French and Mandarin.
