Wilson McCutchan is a lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office. He graduated from law school at Queen’s University in 2009 and was called to bar in Alberta in 2010. He advises and represents clients on a broad array of employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, discrimination in the workplace, human rights issues, drafting and reviewing employment agreements, and representation of unionized employees.
Wilson has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. Prior to joining Taylor Janis LLP, Wilson practiced insurance defence litigation at a national firm.
For the past couple of years, Wilson has been a sessional instructor in a Foundations class at the University of Calgary Law School. He also volunteers for Calgary Legal Guidance by presenting seminars on Employment Law.
