Conan Taylor is a partner of Taylor Janis LLP. He practices exclusively in the areas of workplace law, including labour, employment, and commercial litigation matters. Sarah Levine is a lawyer in the firm’s Edmonton office but acts for clients throughout Alberta and British Columbia. She practices primarily in the area of workplace law, including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, severance review, human rights and discrimination issues, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and various other employment matters.
Whitney provides strategic counsel to employer and employee clients exclusively in the areas of employment law, human resources law, and human rights law. Over the course of her career, she has served national corporations, start-ups, senior executives, and individual employees across a broad range of industries.
Colin is an Associate practicing in the areas of Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Litigation, and Personal Injury. He places high emphasis on developing trusted relationships with his clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease sharing the subtleties of their circumstances. Whether a matter is simple or complex, Colin’s focus is to quickly and efficiently resolve issues in a way that promotes his client’s best interests.
Chelsea focuses on representing clients and providing legal advice related to workplace and employment issues. Some of the areas of law that Chelsea focuses on include, but are not limited to, wrongful dismissal, severance package review, discrimination, disputes during employment, and workers compensation.
Heather is an associate practicing in the area of employment law. She takes a client-centered approach to enable her clients to make informed decisions. She has advised employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship, from the initial hiring stages up to termination.
Wilson McCutchan is an associate in Taylor Janis’ Calgary office. He graduated from law school at Queen’s University in 2009 and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2010. Since then he has practiced as a civil litigator in Calgary. He advises and represents clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
Evan Harvey is a lawyer practicing labour and employment law in the Vancouver office. He prides himself in a compassionate and focused approach to developing and maintaining trusting client relationships and advocating his clients’ interests in a meticulous, concise, and straight-forward manner.
Brandon has dedicated himself to being a zealous advocate that recognizes that people sometimes make poor decisions and mistakes that can greatly impact their lives. Brandon has focused on employment law because he understands the disadvantage individuals face when dealing with employers, and he takes great pride in protecting peoples rights and legal entitlements.
Cyril is focusing his legal career on employment and labour law, as well as personal injury; but is also well-versed in real estate and family law. He comes from a diverse background in emergency medicine and real estate. Cyril is bilingual and has lived in Austria and the Czech Republic.
Linda provides legal advice and representation to both employees and employers in a variety of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, severance review, workplace discrimination, and representation of unionized employees. Prior to joining Taylor Janis LLP, Linda worked at a non-profit legal clinic, representing marginalized clients in civil litigation matters.

Susan is a Student-at-Law in the firm. Susan graduated from the faculty of law at Thompson Rivers University, where she served as president of the South Asian Legal Students Association and participated in the Thompson Rivers University Community Legal Clinic.
Kimberley is an associate lawyer focusing on employment law and Human Rights Law in Alberta
and British Columbia. In her practice, she advises employees on termination packages, wrongful
dismissal, constructive dismissal, just cause termination, sexual harassment, workplace
discrimination, illness and disability, provincial and federal human rights matters, and contract
reviews and negotiations.
Dustin was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. During his high school years, football was his passion. The highlight of his high school years was winning a National Championship as a member of Team Alberta and being named Defensive MVP of the tournament. Dustin then played four years of football for the Okanagan Sun in British Columbia earning two Conference All-star awards.

Amrita’s focus areas include wrongful dismissals; severance package reviews, including executive level packages; negotiating settlements; discrimination cases; WorkSafeBC issues, including appeals to the Review Division and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal; and representing minors and parents with matters related to school boards and childcare facility matters.
