About Kieran Bath
Kieran is a lawyer of our Vancouver office with experience securing successful results for her clients for legal disputes at the BC Supreme Court, the BC Provincial Court, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the BC Employment Standards Branch, amongst other adjudicatory bodies. She is also an active Founding Member of our Vancouver office’s Executive-Level Compensation Committee. The bulk of Kieran’s busy practice is in workplace law matters, including but not limited to wrongful dismissals, executive-level and management-level severance reviews, human rights and workplace investigations. A vocal advocate and a dedicated advisor for her clients, Kieran is known by her team members and her clients as a strategic, meticulous and supportive advocate who relies on her understanding of litigation processes, negotiation methods, and workplace laws to obtain results for her clients. Kieran has a rich understanding of issues involved in management-level and executive-level severance reviews, including RSU’s, PSU’s, bonuses and stock plans.
Kieran recognizes the intricate challenges that arise in workplace issues and emphasizes a results-driven, but compassionate, approach. She believes that strong client relationships call for clear communications and a strategy tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Kieran earned her Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Alberta and her undergraduate degree in Commerce, with a specialization in Human Resources, from the University of British Columbia.
In her spare time, Kieran aims to spend time outdoors and exploring the beauty of Metro Vancouver.
