About Kieran Bath
Kieran is an experienced workplace lawyer who advises employees and employers on a wide range of workplace matters, such as wrongful dismissals, human rights, employment standards, and workplace investigations. She has represented clients in various proceedings and has successfully negotiated favourable settlements on their behalf.
Kieran is committed to helping clients navigate workplace disputes with clarity and confidence. Before becoming a lawyer, Kieran completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources at the University of British Columbia. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. Her combined background in law and human resources provides her with a broad perspective on workplace relationships and the practical realities underlying workplace disputes.
In her spare time, Kieran aims to spend time outdoors and exploring the beauty of Metro Vancouver.
