About Paul Moysiuk
Paul focuses on corporate and commercial law. He obtained his Juris Doctorate law degree at Western University and was called to the Canadian Bar by Justice Patrick Sullivan in Alberta.
At the beginning of his career Paul was based in London, Ontario where he worked for Olympic arbitrator and renowned sports lawyer Richard McLaren. Paul then relocated to Red Deer, Alberta to join leading Canadian business law firm Blakes, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
After Blakes, Paul worked for top ranked Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai, China. He then moved on to manage the Shanghai office of a Hong Kong law firm named InterAsia Law Offices prior to establishing his own firm.
Paul joined Taylor Janis LLP and TJ Law Group to assist our clients with local and international business law matters with a specific focus on providing legal services to Chinese individuals and businesses.
With his knowledge and understanding of Western and Asian legal and business systems, Paul plays a valuable role for the businesses he assists.
